Welcome to Dallas Military Fitness, we are the best boot camp in Dallas with the best locations. We offer unique military style training at Dallas area parks near the Katy Trail and White Rock Lake. We've been in business for over 10 years, originally founded in 1990 and re-formed in 2003, our training sessions use the same techniques as the NAVY SEALS and ARMY RANGERS to get you into the best shape of your life as quickly as possible.  Don't be fooled by all the fake boot camp classes that have copied us, we are the ORIGINAL! Our training sessions are by held Monday thru Saturday and are by appointment only, check our session times and locations here.  Each session lasts approximately 1 hour long and we use military style training similar to the U.S. NAVY SEALS and ARMY RANGERS, the finest warriors in the world, to produce the best and most sustainable results possible. Note: you only need to do this intense type of training 3 days-a-week in order for your body to recover and get maximum results.

Voted as the best REAL boot camp in Dallas, our sessions are designed for busy men and women of all shapes and sizes who want to get in shape and stay in shape as quickly as possible.  Each session is held in the great outdoors at Dallas are parks. 

We are the ORIGINAL boot camp fitness class, started in 1990 as Body Boot Camp at White Rock Lake and re-formed into Dallas Military Fitness in 2003. Don't be fooled by our competitors silly knock-off programs, they are here today, gone tomorrow, we are the longest running continual boot camp in Dallas.

Incorporating the principles of discipline, motivation, and team work this fitness training is unlike any other, each day is different and fun and challenging. You will achieve more results, faster and with less money than you ever would at a gym or with a "personal trainer".  Our sessions are coed and every fitness level is invited to attend, if you are overweight or underweight, or in great shape or in bad shape, we will cater the exercises to your ability so they will be fun and challenging.  

At the end of each month the class is given a "PT" test to check the progress you've made.  You will see results.  Also, we periodically give out the Ranger Award, on a case-by-case basis, to the member that shows the most progress and best attitude in the class.  So contact us today and get fit the military way!
