Each session lasts approximately 1 hour long and we use military
style training similar to the U.S. NAVY SEALS and ARMY RANGERS, the finest
warriors in the world, to produce the best and most sustainable
results possible. Note: you only need to do this intense type of

boot camp fitness class, started in 1990 as Body Boot Camp at White
Rock Lake and re-formed into Dallas Military Fitness in 2003. Don't be fooled by our competitors silly knock-off
programs, they are here today, gone tomorrow, we are
the longest running continual boot camp in Dallas.
Incorporating the principles of discipline, motivation, and team work this fitness
training is unlike any other, each day is different and fun and challenging.
You will achieve more results, faster and with less money than you ever would at a gym or with a "personal trainer". Our
sessions are coed
and every fitness level is invited
to attend, if you are overweight or underweight, or
in great shape or in bad shape, we will cater the exercises to your
ability so they will be fun and challenging.
At the end of each
month the class is given a "PT" test to check the progress you've made.
You will see results. Also, we periodically give out
the Ranger Award, on a case-by-case basis, to the member that shows
the most progress and best attitude in the class. So contact
